Magnit Direct Source on behalf of Toyota is hiring a Recruiter for a 12-month contract in Plano, Texas. This role focuses on strategic, full-cycle recruiting and building trusted relationships with hiring leaders to meet business needs.

You will own interview scheduling and candidate communications using Phenom's scheduling capabilities, manage requisitions from intake to offer, and drive recruiting efficiency with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring leaders.
• Sourcing and candidate assessment skills with top talent engagement.
• Excellent coordination of scheduling and candidate communications.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and plan searches.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition to offer and onboarding prep.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via multiple channels.
• Conduct screens and present qualified candidates with market insights.
• Own interview scheduling and candidate communications using Phenom.
• Monitor recruiting activity and drive time-to-fill improvements.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in ATS.
• Leverage data and tools to improve recruiting performance.
