Job summary

ATI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its Enterprise Services Talent Acquisition team in Dallas, TX. The role combines 70% coordination/operations with 30% support for Internship and Early Career programs.

You will schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, assist with offers, ATS tasks, and reporting while coordinating with multiple recruiters and hiring teams. This is an onsite, full-time position expected to grow with the candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition coordination or similar recruiting operations role.
• Experience managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and calendar coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and interview teams, including travel arrangements when needed.
• Maintain high-volume scheduling and calendar coordination with timely updates.
• Provide professional candidate communications throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
• Support recruiters with recruiting administration and ATS-related needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking, dispositions, and status in the ATS.
• Assist with offer letters and posting/editing roles in the ATS per policy.
• Support Employee Referral Program administration and recruiting marketing activities.
• Run recruiting reports and collect data to support TA reporting and operations.
• Support internship and early-career programs during peak seasons.
