Job summary

Fivetran is seeking an organized and energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our TA Partners and a fast-growing team. This contract role is based in our Dublin, Ireland office and focuses on delivering a seamless candidate experience from scheduling to interview feedback.

You’ll collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, manage the ATS (Greenhouse), and help drive a high-quality, diverse hiring process across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience arranging complex interview schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for teamwork and contributing to the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Strong communication skills interfacing with all levels of an organization.
• High propensity for customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• 2+ years in a customer-facing industry.
• Passion for stellar candidate experiences in interviews.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews.
• Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews and travel.
• Build partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to drive an efficient process.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
• Master Workday, Greenhouse, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
• Contribute to team projects and cross-department collaboration.
• Establish relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees.
• Coordinate and execute events.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
