Job summary

Intact Insurance U.S. in Canton, MA is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Team on a hybrid schedule for a 3-month assignment.

You will coordinate interview logistics, manage the ATS, and assist with background checks and job postings, while supporting other HR activities as needed. Strong candidates will have 3–5 years of administrative support experience in recruiting or HR and an Associate's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years administrative support experience, preferably in recruiting or HR.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, travel arrangements, and candidate inquiries.
• Administer the Recruiting ATS; liaise with vendor and troubleshoot issues.
• Support semi-annual background checks audit process with Internal Audit.
