Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four (4) or more years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions with minimal oversight.
• Partners closely with hiring managers to intake roles and align on candidate profiles.
• Develops and refines sourcing strategies to build high-quality pipelines for current and future needs.
• Maintains accurate applicant tracking data throughout the recruitment process.
• Provides consultative guidance to hiring managers and leadership on recruiting processes.
