Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a guest-focused coordinator for our resorts in Louisiana. You will directly engage guests through face-to-face marketing, provide concierge-like service, and help arrange owner updates and workshops with member services.

Join a high-energy team with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment. A high school diploma is required, 1–3 years in sales or marketing is preferred, and collaboration with resort staff is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Maintain production standards
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts

• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update
