Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Virtual Sales Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews, candidate management, and communications.

You will maintain reports and assist with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coordinate virtual hiring events, arrange interviews via Outlook/Teams/Zoom, manage applicant flow in Workday, and help with offers, background checks, and new hire paperwork while

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience supporting high-volume call center roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
• Familiar with scheduling/interview tools such as Rooster, Outlook and Zoom.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-through and attention to detail.

This role will require the ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing priorities, must have a positive and professional demeanor while delivering best in class service to internal and external key stakeholders. This individual will have a high level of personal integrity and standards, and proven ability to manage confidential information. This role will be expected to interact and effectively communicate with a wide variety of departments including; Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Compensation, Call Center leaders, Facilities, etc.How You'll Shine:Coordinate and/or manage all required activities to properly prepare and organize effective virtual hiring events, on site open houses, job fairs, etc. and complete post event tasksSchedule candidate phone screens and hiring manager video or in person interviews utilizing various scheduling tools such as; MS Outlook, MS Teams, Modern Hire and ZoomAssist with maintaining recruiting reports ensuring accurate and timely updatesAttend recruiting events and represent the Travel + Leisure brand in a positive mannerAssist recruiters with managing applicant flow and accurately dispositioning candidates through the various steps in Workday (Applicant Tracking System – ATS)Assist recruiters with documenting and processing offers, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding / new hire forms.
