Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Program Coordinator to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You'll support Hiring Managers and suppliers across the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, providing first-level customer service and ensuring timely, accurate processes. The role emphasizes communication, data accuracy, and SLA adherence, with opportunities to advance within a global services provider.

• 0-2 or more years of staffing and/or MSP experience
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers, staffers and suppliers through onboarding, assignments, time/expense, and offboarding.
• Document client issues and track resolutions to completion for high satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments as changes occur.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, contingent workers via meetings, email, and phone.
• Research and analyze to resolve client or supplier inquiries.
• Provide program status reports to leadership.
• Monitor contract SLA performance: assignments, invoicing, time/expense, vendor compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork.
