Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is hiring a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive candidates. You will collaborate with the Recruitment Delivery team and client talent acquisition personnel to refine sourcing approaches and enhance strategy effectiveness.

Reporting to the Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will drive best-practice sourcing and act as a brand ambassador for AGS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in staffing, Corporate HR, or related field preferred.
• Experience within a global organization is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies using job boards, associations, referrals, social media and internet searches.
• Strong knowledge of technology including Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the most effective sourcing strategy for each client.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions across client industries.
• Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies aligned with client branding and social media policies with focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.
• Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure effective pre-screening before inclusion in recruitment process.
• Select and qualify candidates based on skill, cultural and motivational fit, using behavioral-based approaches.
• Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions.
• Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate pools in line with client workforce plans.
• Maintain contact with existing talent pools to capture current market intelligence.
