Job summary

Broccoli is hiring a Talent Associate to help scale recruiting across roles and teams for our growing startup. You’ll own coordination of phone screens, interviews, and onsite rounds, while helping build workflows, templates, and systems that make recruiting faster and more consistent across the company.

You’ll work closely with recruiters and leadership, with opportunities to take on sourcing and broader recruiting operations as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating phone screens, interviews, and on-site visits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup.
• Proven track record of improving recruiting workflows or processes.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong ownership of data.
• Clear, warm communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone screens, interviews, onsites, and final rounds across departments.
• Help build and improve recruiting processes, templates, and workflows in Ashby.
• Keep Ashby candidate records up to date and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Follow up on feedback and resolve bottlenecks to keep candidates moving.
• Coordinate onsite logistics from start to finish, including agendas and interview panels.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates about next steps.
• Assist with offers, references, and onboarding handoffs.
• Grow responsibilities into sourcing or other recruiting areas over time.
