Job summary

Broccoli is building AI teammates for contractors in the home-services industry. We are hiring our first Chief of Staff to work from the founder's office, partnering with the CEO and executive team on strategy, cross-functional initiatives, and leadership rhythm.

You will own strategic projects, help structure ambiguous problems, and act as a force multiplier for the CEO, spanning engineering, GTM, finance, and people as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in a founder's office or chief-of-staff-adjacent role at a high-growth startup.
• Strategy consulting experience before moving into an operating role.
• Past founder experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic special projects end to end, framing problems and guiding execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, GTM, finance, and people.
• Own operating cadence: planning sessions, leadership meetings, and priority tracking.
• Prepare board/investor materials and synthesize input for the CEO.
