Job summary

Ambrook is hiring a Talent Associate to help build the team behind its next growth phase. You’ll work directly with the founding recruiter to own sourcing and coordination across technical and commercial roles, from first touch through onsite.

As the recruiting function evolves, you’ll explore full-cycle recruiting paths, RecOps, and automation, using Claude, Zapier, and Ashby. This role focuses on building processes, optimizing the candidate experience, and scaling Ambrook’s hiring machine.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting coordination, with a bias toward proactive pipeline generation and operational precision.
• Active use of AI tools in workflow and ability to describe automation or systematization work.
• Ability to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Strong enough understanding of technical roles to speak credibly with engineers about what they work on and why it matters.
• Experience with LinkedIn and modern recruiting platforms (Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, Gem, etc.).
• Clear, effective written communicator who represents Ambrook's voice in candidate-facing messages.
• Ability to run a clean pipeline with organized sequences, follow-ups, tagging, and well-written feedback.
• Bonus: experience sourcing for fintech, GTM/commercial roles, or early-stage startups.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and coordination across all active pipelines.
• Run consistent weekly outbound sourcing for technical and commercial roles.
• Hold initial conversations with sourced candidates and hand off qualified prospects for full screens.
• Shipped at least 1–2 automations or tooling improvements to reduce manual work and increase candidate throughput.
