Morning Brew Inc. is seeking a proactive Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition and People Ops team.

Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will support a smooth, equitable candidate experience and streamline recruiting operations, while enhancing our employer brand. The role covers full-cycle recruitment for roles and internships, high-volume scheduling, onboarding coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a consistent, engaging experience for candidates and teams

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for junior-to-senior full-time positions and contract roles.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for our internship program.
• Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and hiring teams.
• Source candidates using diversity-focused platforms and postings.
• Coordinate in-person interview days and on-site logistics.
• Coordinate onboarding with departments and schedule orientation.
• Plan and logistics for recruiting and DEI events to strengthen employer branding.
• Maintain employee updates in our systems.
• Support and shape Morning Brew's work culture and tone.
• Identify process improvements to boost team productivity.
