Job summary

Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant in the United States to manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to hire, while building strong client relationships and driving candidate engagement.

You will develop proactive recruitment strategies, present top talent, and collaborate with hiring managers to optimize compensation discussions and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting (sourcing, screens, negotiations) under tight deadlines.
• Exceed performance expectations and goals, and apply feedback to improve results.
• Communicate pipeline status clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Execute recruitment strategies and articulate the client relationship (RPO).
• Demonstrate time prioritization, adaptability, and flexibility when priorities shift.
• Actively participate on the recruiting team and foster collaboration.
• Proficient with MS Office, ATS, and maintaining a strong social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection process, identify and assess candidates, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and collect feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong candidates for open roles and address objections in the process.
• Advise hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals; keep ATS and reports updated.
