You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and deliver strong submit-to-interview ratios. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, networking, and delivering excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting including sourcing, screening and closing candidates.
• Strong client focus with ability to advise on compensation and hiring strategy.
• Experience meeting metrics and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to interview scheduling.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
