Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic team in the United States. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, delivering top talent through market intelligence and cutting-edge recruitment strategies.

You will handle full cycle recruiting—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for hire—while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, and to implement feedback.
• Maintain a strong recruiting pipeline and communicate it clearly to others.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Execute recruitment strategies including RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time management and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Active participation in recruiting team and value-adding collaboration.
• Proficient with MS Office and applicant tracking systems; strong social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from our clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes to add value for the client.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related administrative reports.
