• Proven ability to manage all recruiting stages in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong pipeline management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to communicate pipeline status clearly.
• Experience with RPO or agency recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate selection from sourcing to offer.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify candidates.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections and compensation.
• Achieve weekly/ monthly submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer goals.
• Maintain reports and ATS data.
