Job summary

Beacon Hill in Boston is seeking an Associate Consultant to identify, interview and qualify candidates for permanent roles across our local market. You’ll conduct candidate outreach by phone, email and in person, coaching job seekers through resume edits, interview prep and post-offer steps, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

In this role you’ll collaborate with your team to post jobs, source candidates, and learn to use sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
• A love for working with people and strong self-motivation are required.
• Ability to identify prospects and coach candidates through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Interview prospective candidates to assess fit and skills.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and review resumes to align with client needs.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Maintain relationships with placed candidates to generate referrals and business.
• Proactively cold-call to identify candidates and clients and build a strong pipeline.
