Beacon Hill is seeking a proactive Recruiter in the United States (California) to identify and interview prospective candidates, prepare them for client interviews, and manage the offer process. You will sustain relationships with on-assignment talent and continually build a strong candidate network through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals and networking.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for client interviews by reviewing resumes and discussing needs.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Follow up with on-assignment candidates to ensure they have what they need.
• Proactively cold-call to identify prospective candidates and build the talent pool.
