Beacon Hill is seeking an Associate Consultant to source, interview and qualify candidates for permanent roles in the local market. You’ll engage with job seekers by phone, email and in person, coaching them through resume edits and interview prep while building lasting relationships.

You’ll also post jobs, conduct candidate interviews, prep for client interviews, and manage offers. A relationship‑driven sales role with strong earning potential awaits.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs on job boards and interview candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews with resume review and mock interviews.
• Provide post-interview updates and next steps to candidates.
• Build a book of business and nurture candidate relationships for referrals.
