Mirakl’s Boston team is offering a 6-month co‑op/internship starting January 2027, based in Boston, for Northeastern students. You will join the global Talent Acquisition group led by Anneliese Muscari, supporting AMER hiring.

You’ll own interview coordination, assist with co‑op recruiting, and help create a welcoming onsite experience for candidates while contributing to process improvements and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination—schedule across candidates, hiring managers, and panels.
• Support co-op recruiting for the next cycle, managing a high-volume applicant funnel.
• Provide a welcoming onsite experience for candidates, including greeting and logistics.
• Contribute to TA projects focused on process improvement, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
