Job summary

Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace technology, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-Op based in Boston for Northeastern University co-op program. This six-month opportunity supports AMER hiring and reports to the Talent Acquisition team led by Anneliese Muscari.

The position runs in January 2027 and is Boston-based through Northeastern. You will coordinate interviews, assist with a high-volume candidate funnel, provide a welcoming onsite experience, and contribute to employer branding

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination across candidates, managers, and panels.
• Support co-op recruiting for the next cycle from screening to offer.
• Provide welcoming onsite experience for candidates and logistics.
• Contribute to TA projects focused on process improvement and branding.
• Partner with recruiters to maintain candidate data and pipeline reporting.
