Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Workplace Experience Co‑op based in Boston for a 6‑month term starting January 2027. You’ll support office operations across AMER and APAC, coordinate facilities projects, and help craft employee events and culture programs.

This role suits students seeking hands‑on experience in operations and events within a global tech company. You will collaborate with the Director of People, own portions of budgets, and partner with vendors, while exploring AI‑driven process improvements

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program and eligible for co‑op.
• Available full‑time in Boston for the entire co‑op period.
• Previous co‑op or internship experience in operations, logistics, events, real estate, or hospitality preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities.
• Willing to handle confidential budgets and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace operations across AMER and APAC offices and remote locations.
• Support office improvements, build-out projects, and vendor coordination.
• Plan and execute employee events and engagement programs end‑to‑end.
• Help bring Mirakl’s brand and culture to life in the office and beyond.
• Identify and automate admin tasks using AI and other tools.
