Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace technology, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-Op based in Boston for Northeastern University co-op program. This six-month opportunity supports AMER hiring and reports to the Talent Acquisition team led by Anneliese Muscari.

The position runs in January 2027 and is Boston-based through Northeastern. You will coordinate interviews, assist with a high-volume candidate funnel, provide a welcoming onsite experience, and contribute to employer branding

Talent Acquisition Co-Op

The Team You'll Join

You’ll be part of our global Talent Acquisition team led by Anneliese Muscari, Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. The team is a lean, high-impact group of recruiters and coordinators covering technical, go-to-market, and people operations hiring across all of Mirakl's offices—Boston, Paris, London, Munich, and Melbourne. This co-op is Boston-based and primarily supports AMER hiring. Together, you’ll be driving Mirakl’s growth by building the teams that power the world’s leading marketplace platform.

6-month co-op or internship starting January 2027 | Based in Boston

This is a co-op position through Northeastern University's cooperative education program; candidates must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit.

Your Impact

• Own interview coordination as a top priority—scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and panels to ensure a seamless experience end to end
• Support co-op recruiting for the next cycle, managing a high-volume applicant funnel from screening through offer
• Provide a welcoming onsite experience for candidates, including greeting, logistics coordination, and real-time support during interview days
• Contribute to TA projects focused on process improvement, candidate engagement, and employer branding
• Partner with recruiters to maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline reporting in our ATS

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive and resourceful—you figure things out and flag blockers early
• Genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations

English: Professional proficiency required

Below you will find the reasonably estimated hourly range for this role. Your starting compensation within this range will be based on your relevant skills, and experience and education, with any future adjustments informed by role scope, performance, and internal pay equity.

Hourly Pay Range

$22 - $22 USD
