Job summary

Think Together seeks a Recruiter I to partner with Area Leaders and Talent Acquisition to support administrative tasks and screening for part-time roles. The role involves pre-employment testing, fingerprinting Live Scans, and reference checks to ensure compliance and proper candidate processing.

You will manage resumes, phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding coordination, working with hiring managers and regional partners to meet staffing needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Two year college degree or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and ADP workforce preferred.
• Must pass Live Scan (fingerprinting) and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Employment Activities: proctoring tests and Live Scan for new hires, coordinate onboarding.
• Recruitment Support: review resumes, conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews.
• Administrative Support: maintain ATS data, staffing charts, and recruiting reports.
• Post-Hire Activities: place new hires in appropriate sites and assist with transfers.
