Job summary

Think Together, based in Downey, CA, is seeking a Recruiter I to support staffing needs across the organization. You will handle pre-employment tests, Live Scan fingerprinting, and background checks while providing administrative support to hiring managers and regional teams.

You will review resumes, conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and maintain ATS data. A two-year degree or equivalent HR/customer service experience is required, with familiarity in ATS/CRM tools and recruitment

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent HR, Talent Acquisition, or customer service experience.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and ADP workforce preferred, or prior HRIS systems experience.
• Must pass Live Scan (fingerprinting), Background Check, and Tuberculosis test.
• Knowledge of data management and various analytic tools.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Employment: proctors and grades in-person tests; conducts Live Scans and onboarding docs compliance.
• Recruitment: review resumes, screen candidates by phone, schedule interviews, communicate status to stakeholders.
• Administrative: maintain ATS data, staffing charts, surveys, and reporting.
• Post-hire: place new hires and transfers based on regional needs.
