City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Recruiter responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The role partners with hiring managers to design recruiting strategies and coordinate full-cycle hiring, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will manage ATS, promote employer branding at events, translate as needed, and support onboarding. A strong emphasis on metrics, compliance, and a data-driven mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate and participate in both in-person and virtual interviews.
• Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Present offers, negotiate terms, and guide onboarding.
