Job summary

Think Together in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Recruiter I to partner with Area Leaders and Talent Acquisition Leadership. You will provide administrative support for all organizational positions, screen part-time candidates, run pre-employment tests, and manage background checks and references to ensure compliance.

The role involves reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant data, and supporting onboarding.

Qualifications

• High volume administrative experience a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems preferred.
• Knowledge of data management and analytics tools.
• Must pass Live Scan/background check and TB test.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent HR/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Proctors and grades in-person pre-employment tests.
• Drives Live Scan fingerprinting and background checks.
• Supports onboarding and ensures candidate documents meet requirements.
• Coordinates interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
• Reviews resumes and conducts initial phone screenings.
