Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and onsite candidate interviews, including schedules and logistics.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities, background checks, and pre-employment documentation.
• Assist with campus recruiting and intern programs.
• Maintain recruiting data and documentation in HR systems.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR across processes.
