The position offers a hybrid schedule (Mon-Fri); compensation is $35-$45/hour dependent on experience, with opportunities to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an efficient candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 1+ year in recruiting coordination or related HR/administrative support.
• Industry knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes, ATS, and scheduling.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Greenhouse ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment activity.
• Communicate with candidates on interview details and next steps.
• Support recruiters with scheduling, admin tasks, and process coordination.
• Manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate interview changes.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and support hiring workflows.
