Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment efforts across various teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen sense of urgency which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

What's the Job?

• Perform permanent recruitment processes to ensure actions are happening on schedule; actively monitor applicant flow and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  
• Build strong relationships and serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers during the permanent recruitment process.
  
• Ensure accurate tracking and timely processing for all permanent recruitment roles.
  
• Complete preboarding administrative tasks such as initiating and reviewing background reports and communicating Day 1 details.
  
• Assist in creating job requisitions for open positions and maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

  • Exceptional customer service skills both internally and externally through strong communication, follow-through, prioritization, and a sense of urgency.
    
  • Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines and service legal agreements (SLAs) to support an efficient process and/or project.

  • Interpret, understand, and execute on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form.
    
  • Minimum of 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment.
