Join to apply for the Talent Acquisition Assistant role at Urban Strategies.

This role offers a pay range of $21.00/hr, with actual compensation based on skills and experience. The position is remote, based in San Benito, TX, or surrounding areas, working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate applicant documentation and confidentiality.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates and staff.
• Support reporting on hiring metrics and candidate experience surveys.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and ensure timely posting of job announcements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year HR experience
• 2 years administrative assistant experience
• Familiarity with ATS and MS Office

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in business or related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
