What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, greeting candidates in person as needed
- Communicate confirmation of interviews to candidates and hiring managers, monitoring attendance
- Manage select requisitions and assist with screening applications in the ATS for priority openings
- Conduct sourcing for a diverse pipeline of candidates and maintain job postings
- Support the candidate lifecycle through the ATS including managing pending tasks and correspondence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of work experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with professional social networks, particularly LinkedIn
