What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, greeting candidates as needed
- Communicate interview confirmations to candidates and hiring managers while monitoring attendance
- Manage select requisitions and assist in screening applications using ATS for priority openings
- Conduct sourcing for a diverse candidate pipeline and maintain job postings and social media promotions
- Support the candidate lifecycle through ATS, including uploading rating forms and managing correspondence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years’ work experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with professional social networks, particularly LinkedIn
