Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support a top Recruiter. You will source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate data across ATS/CRM systems from our Charleston, SC office. This role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and candidate experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle sensitive information professionally, and contribute to a comprehensive benefits package while growing within a robust recruiting department.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and screening candidates via resumes and phone screens.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.
• Assist in interview material preparation and evaluations.
• Support the Recruiter with day-to-day tasks as needed.
