Total Quality Logistics in Charleston, SC is seeking an on-site Recruiter to own the candidate search process and partner with a dedicated hiring manager. You’ll source, screen, and guide candidates from offer through onboarding in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

No experience required as TQL provides best-in-class paid training for recent graduates, with uncapped bonuses and rapid earning growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Elite work ethic, 100% in-office.
• Ability to work with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Generate high volume candidate flow via diverse sourcing methods and manage interviews to offers.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in the ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.
