Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• In-office work, strong work ethic and urgency to drive results.
• Ability to develop relationships with candidates and managers.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate high candidate flow through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the full interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.
