Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or high-volume recruiting operations with leadership experience.
• Track record of owning a recruiting or marketing budget and being measured on cost per hire or ROI.
• Hands-on ATS administration and API integrations experience.
• Experience with digital recruiting campaigns, including paid social and programmatic ads.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and employer brand in collaboration with Marketing.
• Drive candidate acquisition across organic, referral, and paid channels with funnel accountability.
• Manage recruiting budget, forecast hiring needs, and report cost per hire and ROI.
• Own ATS workflows and integrations with CRM and onboarding platforms.
• Build a recruiting dashboard tracking KPIs like cost per hire, conversion, and time to hire.
• Lead TA team and set performance expectations.
• Align onboarding and ramp-up programs with retention goals.
