Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Atlanta, GA, blending strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting. You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce plans, build talent pipelines, and drive high-impact hiring initiatives across functions.

This hybrid contract role offers an opportunity to influence talent strategy, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and leverage SuccessFactors within a collaborative, workflow-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across various positions and business functions.
• Experience handling a high-volume requisition workload while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and talent pipeline development skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing talent decisions.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Manage a high-volume requisition load across multiple business functions and levels.
• Source, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate screens, coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, and guide hiring decisions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies that build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor labor market trends and recruiting best practices to advise business leaders.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
