ComputerCare is seeking a Director of Recruiting to own the full lifecycle across technical, operational, and customer-facing roles. You will build strong pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, and drive hiring quality to support rapid growth.

The role manages 70+ hires annually, balancing 10–20 active requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will lead sourcing, pipeline development, and stakeholder engagement across the US and international teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions concurrently (10–20)
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on role scope & sourcing
• Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines
• Experience recruiting across technical and non-technical roles

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across Repair, IT, Sales, and Operations.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Define role requirements and hiring plans with managers.
• Balance speed with quality in the recruiting process.
• Coordinate communication and scheduling throughout the candidate journey.
• Track recruiting metrics and share insights with leadership.
• Present recruiting updates to the Executive Leadership Team.
