Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer, USSOCOM, to bridge RF capabilities with customer requirements and support field-readiness of STREAMCASTER radios across multi-domain environments.

You will travel up to 50% to customer sites and labs, support RFI/RFP responses, and translate field feedback into the product roadmap while collaborating with Engineering and BD teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field; 2–5 years in systems engineering or defense tech; OR HS diploma with 5+ years.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map operational needs to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan, configure networks, and support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to verify architectures and benchmark data.
• Support Business Development with ongoing technical needs and align with strategic priorities.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs and track engineering progress.
