Qualifikationen

• Prior experience or training desired but may not be required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to read and speak English well enough to understand guest checks, read instructions, and communicate with guests.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• IHOP training course work as assigned.
• The physical demands described here include frequent handling of objects, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests. Greet, seat, take orders, and process remittance as required.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables; stock and rotate supplies as assigned per shift.
• Comply with SOP methods and health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Memorize and apply IHOP terminology, abbreviations, methodologies, and plating and menu knowledge.
• Assist with guest checks and server banking procedures.
• Perform other assignments as directed by management, and participate in IHOP N Go program as assigned.
