Qualifications

• Two or more years dealing experience preferred, with excellent guest service background.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal skills, with emphasis in relationship building.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Actively build and retain customer relations.
• Hire, train, motivate, evaluate, and supervise assigned personnel; coach for success.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of all table games, house rules, and procedures.
• Ensure coin and check racks are always filled.
• Resolve disputes with guests in Table Games and escalate when needed.
• Develop guest relations by engaging guests, modeling interaction, and making comp decisions.
• Monitor for unusual or questionable activities and report to supervisor.
• Observe team member and guest differences and provide assistance as needed.
