Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Maryland is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to lead dealer teams and improve guest service while ensuring game integrity and regulatory compliance. The role requires experienced leadership and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The Supervisor will train dealers, monitor play, manage disputes professionally, and collaborate with Pit Manager and Surveillance to adapt limits to demand. A high school diploma and 5+ years in Table Games are expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
5+ years experience in Table Games, preferably in a supervisor’s role.
Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.
Must enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public.
Excellent math skills and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Leads and supports table games dealers to create legendary customer service.
Ensures dealers have training, tools and mindset to perform as service professionals.
Leads the table games dealer team to drive continuous improvements in the employee experience.
Maintains game integrity and compliance with internal controls and Maryland Lottery Gaming Control Commission regulations.
Monitors guest play and relays information to the Supervisor.
