Responsibilities include managing table operations, staffing, and risk controls, with a focus on maintaining game integrity in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical school training or casino experience preferred.
• Proficiency in all casino table games offered is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Colorado Gaming License.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor table game activity to ensure accuracy and game integrity.
• Manage and safeguard all gaming cards, equipment, and assets.
• Ensure proper use of table, shoe, paddle, and equipment.
• Oversee payouts and correct dealer errors when necessary.
• Oversee administrative functions including table fills, credits, player ratings, and rundowns.
• Assist with staffing to ensure proper coverage and labor budget adherence.
• Identify and analyze guest play patterns to detect cheating or unusual activity.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support dealer skill development and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Ensure safety and security around assigned tables.
