Qualifications

• Must communicate in English in a professional manner.
• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Basic math skills required for handling bets and payouts.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts is required.
• Minimum of 2 years pit operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and PIT procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate several table games on an assigned shift.
• Maintain knowledge of house rules and procedures for each game.
• Resolve disputes with guests and refer complex cases to management.
• Engage with guests and teammates to promote guest satisfaction.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report to supervisor.
• Recommend staffing and wage adjustments within approved limits.
• Coach and guide assigned personnel in duty performance.
• Prepare and coordinate periodic performance reviews for staff.
