Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas (on-site) seeks a Floor Service Supervisor for Table Games to oversee operations on a shift, ensure game integrity, and deliver exceptional guest service.

The role requires 3–5 years of casino experience as a Floor Service Supervisor, English proficiency, and strong leadership. Candidates should be able to work any day and shift, with knowledge of game rules and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• High School graduate or equivalent required. College Degree preferred.
• Three - five years’ casino experience required as a Floor Service Supervisor.
• Knowledge of multi-games is a plus.
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to pit operations is preferred.
• Must possess excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Mansioni

• Supervises the operation of one or more table games on an assigned shift with emphasis on guest service.
• Verifies slips, credits, and markers pertaining to games in the assigned area.
• Resolves guest disputes and escalates to management as needed.
• Promotes guest development and interacts with guests to enhance experience.
• Maintains knowledge of Title 31/BSA/Underage Gaming requirements and regulatory standards.
• Maintains table game inventories and player win/loss records.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
