Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Two to five years of casino experience, preferably in pit operations.
Knowledge of multiple table games.
Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to work any day and any shift.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of one or more table games during assigned shifts with a strong emphasis on exceptional guest service.
Ensure game integrity and protect departmental assets; support team motivation through coaching.
Verifies fills, credit slips, and markers for games under supervision and settles guest disputes when needed.
Interacts with guests to enhance their experience and promotes Total Rewards programs.
Maintains awareness of Title 31/BSA/Underage Gaming regulatory requirements and writes performance reviews for staff.
