Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of various Table Games and previous Table Games supervisor experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to be mobile and stand/walk 8–12 hours.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in dusty environments with variable conditions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and lead team members to maintain positive employee relations.
• Motivate and supervise to ensure guidance and resources for objectives.
• Assist with procedures, trains, schedules and evaluates team members per policy.
• Maintain awareness of Table Games activity and report irregular or illegal practices.
• Evaluate guest play and extend complimentary services to support extended play.
• Resolve customer and employee complaints.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures for Table Games are followed.
