Pueblo of Sandia seeks a Table Games Shift Manager to lead casino operations during assigned shifts, replacing the General Manager when needed. You will direct Pit Managers, ensure game protection, and uphold internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in table games, and fluency in English. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance across the table games floor, contributing to a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years progressive experience in Casino Table Games, Pit Manager super­vision and administration.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsabilités

• In the absence of the General Manager, oversees all Casino and Table Games operations as MOD.
• Directs Pit Managers/Supervisors to coordinate work and ensure shift continuity.
• Enforces adherence to internal controls and loss protection practices.
• Evaluates performance and takes corrective actions as needed.
• Plans game types, house rules and limits in consultation with casino management.
• Ensures compliance with gaming laws and dealing procedures.
